Hello thanks for looking her i am from a small town in iowa and i drive by a farm and isee 40 horses in a cornfield in the winter with no protection and the mares are always preg beacuse the guy who owns them lets his stud run with them but he does not feed the horses and all the sudden one day the nebraska homan society showed up and took the guys horses and guess what a week later there were more than last time and the humane society did not do a thing so people in the small town i live in once in a while when they have extra cash they and I take square hay bales to the horses but i dont know what else to do can someone help?
