HELP!!!
I have a friend that has been trying to get help for a horse a couple of miles down the rode from her house. She said that he has had it tied up in the front yard for a few weeks and it is getting very thin. We don't have animal control in our county. She called animal control in Lafollette and they told her to get in touch with our sheriff dept. That was no help either. They finally got out there a week later and he hid the horse in a shed. What else can she do to help? I don't know where else to tell her to go. Any help or advice is GREATLY needed.

She's already done the first step. Unfortunately sometimes it takes several calls to the Sherrif's dept to get them to really listen. They can't hide the horse forever... You can also pm Bossmare the information.

Try to get several pictures of the horse on his property .He can run but he cant hide. :P
