Granger County neglected horses
Is anyone in the Hyw 92 area of Grainger County near 11W that could help check on 31 horses on about 10 acres of dirt with no shelter? Most are registered AQHA and APHA, APPs. I rescued one by purchase that was starved and ridden almost to death in that condition. Can send photos.

31 horses on about 10 acres of dirt with no shelter is not against Tennessee law as long as they have a tree line for a wind break, and are being fed with Hay/feed and in good weight. How long have they been there? I have also sent you a PM.
