Don't Know how to help....
I happen to be on south 66 and looked over and saw three very malnurished horses with back and tail bones protuding and all ribs visible......I stopped at the nearest gas station and dialed 911 and told them to get some one over there now....anything I can do or should I drive by to check it out....do the police even do anything any more for abused horses? I have no idea how any of it works...any advice ....please. :x
